Privacy Policy

Loop is a creator-campaign pilot. This policy explains what information is handled when you use Loop, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information we handle

• Account information: When you sign in with Facebook, Meta and Supabase may provide an account identifier and, depending on your provider settings, your name, email address, and profile image.
• Loop profile: Supabase stores your account identifier, display name, avatar URL, role, account status, and profile timestamps. Profile access is restricted by the app’s database policies.
• Technical information: The hosting, authentication, and security services used to operate Loop may process connection and diagnostic information when you access the site.

How information is used

Account and profile information is used to sign you in, identify your account in the workspace, and maintain your profile. We do not use the Facebook sign-in integration to post to or manage Facebook pages.

Campaign and entry data

In the current pilot, campaign listings, entries, draft campaigns, and moderation actions are demo features held in page state. They are not saved to Loop’s database and may disappear when you leave or reload the site. Do not submit sensitive information through these prototype features.

Service providers

Loop uses Supabase for authentication and profile data, Meta for Facebook sign-in, and Vercel for hosting. These providers process information as needed to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy terms.

Retention and your choices

Profile information is retained while your account is active. To request access, correction, or deletion of your account information, contact the operator using the address below. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for security purposes. You can also revoke Loop’s Facebook access from your Facebook account settings.

Children

Loop is not designed for children. If you are not legally able to consent to the processing of your information under the laws that apply to you, do not use the service. If you believe a child has provided account information, contact the operator so it can be reviewed and removed.
